EuroStar Ink-USA has recently introduced our 1kg & 2.5kg vacuum printing ink cans. Because these 2-piece deep drawn cans are produced in our automatic production lines based on German design and technology, they fully comply with universal standards and requirements.

The dimensions of our 1kg vacuum printing ink cans are:
140 x 130 x 92mm.

ECOSEAL 1 & 2.5 kg
Semi automatic vacuum packing machines.

The ECOSEAL is equipped with computer controlled vacuum pump, Nitrogen gas inlet, electronic gauge, & fault detector. The computer ensures all operation take place in the correct sequence.

The machine is designed with up to one million life cycles.

The machine can be supplied for either 1.0 kg or 2.5 kg cans.

Easy Operation
The process of vacuum sealing the can is easy, nitrogen injection & crimping is done in a single operation. The cans are then ready for packaging.

Anti-Oxidant
The machine allows spraying of anti-oxidant & injection of nitrogen which ensures inks will be free from skin. The antioxidant spraying head has variable control ensuring correct amounts of antioxidant can be applied.
